The Tesseract™ MSP Partner Program was created to help Managed Service Providers expand their capabilities, protect their clients, and build reliable, recurring revenue without adding new internal burdens or risk.
Through this program, MSPs can introduce Tesseract, Ardalyst’s managed cybersecurity and compliance solution, to their customers and position themselves as a trusted advisor for compliance and data protection. Ardalyst handles the sales process, deployment, and compliance delivery, while the MSP stays at the center of the client relationship.
Our goal is simple: you bring the relationship, we bring the compliance expertise. Together, we deliver a complete solution that makes compliance achievable for every organization.
How the Partnership Works
Referral-Based Model:
You introduce Tesseract to your customers using our sales enablement tools. Once the customer shows interest, you register the lead and we take it from there.
Ardalyst Manages the Heavy Lifting:
Our team leads the demo, scope, and contracting while keeping you in the loop. You stay your client’s trusted IT partner and can continue providing your usual support and services.
You Earn Revenue:
When the deal closes, you receive up to 10% on Tesseract services and 5% on Microsoft licensing.

Partnership Boundaries & Customer Relationships
Clarity and transparency are core to how we work with both our customers and our partners. To ensure a professional and consistent experience for all parties, the following guidelines apply to every engagement under the Tesseract™ MSP Partner Program.
Direct Agreements with End Users
- All Tesseract program agreements are between Ardalyst and the end user.
- MSPs are not authorized to resell, white label, or represent Tesseract as their own product.
- Any agreements, quotes, or service statements between the MSP and their customer are independent of Ardalyst and do not constitute, reference, or imply a Tesseract or Ardalyst agreement.
Quoting and Communication
- Ardalyst will provide all Tesseract quotes, proposals, and communications directly to the end user.
- MSPs may be copied on correspondence to ensure alignment and visibility, but all pricing and terms for Tesseract are issued by Ardalyst only.
- MSPs may not modify, append, or bundle Ardalyst or Tesseract quotes in any way.
- Any additional services offered by the MSP must be presented in a separate, clearly labeled quote that does not reference Ardalyst or Tesseract.
Branding & Representation
- Tesseract and Ardalyst maintain their own brand identity and communication channels.
- Whitelabeling and rebranding of Tesseract materials is not permitted.
- MSPs may use the official Tesseract MSP Partner Badge to denote partnership, but may not alter or imply product ownership.
Customer Transparency
- Ardalyst and its MSP partners operate as separate entities.
- A customer’s relationship with one provider is not dependent on a relationship with the other.
- While we encourage collaboration and mutual success, Ardalyst’s performance obligations are limited to its direct agreements with the end user.

What is the Tesseract MSP Partner Program?
Who is a good fit for this program?
MSPs that support organizations needing to meet CMMC, NIST 800-171, or other federal cybersecurity requirements. It’s ideal for MSPs that want to expand services into compliance without hiring their own compliance staff or taking on regulatory risk.
How does Ardalyst work with the MSP during sales?
MSPs start the conversation using the provided partner resources, register the lead, and then Ardalyst drives the sales cycle, including discovery, scoping, demos, quoting, and contracting. The MSP stays informed throughout and maintains the customer relationship.
What does "lead protection" mean?
When you register a lead and it’s approved, that customer is linked to your MSP. If the customer later buys Tesseract, even if they engage us directly (assuming they engage with us after the lead is registered), your MSP still receives the commission or partner discount. Lead protection lasts 180 days.
How do I register a lead?
Submit your opportunity using the Lead Registration Form. We review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
How much can I earn?
MSPs earn up to 10% recurring commission on Tesseract services and 5% on Microsoft licenses (paid once the customer pays Ardalyst). Payments are issued monthly once Ardalyst receives the customer payment.
What Tesseract programs can I sell?
MSPs do not sell or quote Tesseract programs directly. Your role is to introduce interested customers to Ardalyst, and our team will determine the appropriate Tesseract program and provide all official pricing, scoping, and program details directly to the customer.
You are welcome to introduce and promote all Tesseract program options, including Tesseract Secure, Tesseract Elevate, and Tesseract Empower, using the materials in our Sales Enablement Kit. Ardalyst will then take the lead on the sales process, customer discussions, and contracting.
Does Tesseract only support CMMC Level 2?
No. Tesseract supports all levels of CMMC. We help customers find the right level and stay compliant over time.
What support does Ardalyst provide?
We handle compliance architecture, deployment, documentation, and assessment readiness. MSPs continue delivering day-to-day IT services such as user support, endpoint management, and help desk.
